Lettings-R-Us Ltd are an independent agency established in 2007 and covering a wide area in the West Country.

We are based in the historical market town of Frome which boasts good travel links to neighbouring towns and also the city of Bath is approximately 16 miles away.

More locally there is Westbury, Warminster, Trowbridge which are also accessible by road or rail.

We cover properties across a wide area from Wells to Bath, up to Melksham, across to Warminster, down to Shaftesbury and all the towns in between including Bruton, Shepton Mallet, Trowbridge and Westbury.

We deal with all types of lettings from a studio to a manor house on our residential side; garages, shops and warehouses on our commercial side and our team has a great deal of knowledge within lettings.

We advertise on all of the major portals as well as our own website; properties go onto these sites straight away so the tenants can see them and book viewings ahead of the competition.

Lettings-R-Us Ltd are pleased to offer a personal and professional service to prospective tenants and landlords alike. We have extensive local knowledge and experience so we can get the right property for tenants and get the right tenant for the landlord. We work on a ‘No Sale – No Fee’ basis and we can come out to your property to give you a free no obligation valuation.

We conduct our credit checks and referencing in house – this allows us to give a more personal service to our tenants and also allows us to provide a more extensive referencing service for our landlords. On our managed service we conduct regular inspections allowing the tenants to speak to us about any issues that they may have at the property in person.

We also have a dedicated member of staff who is focused on the maintenance of properties. This allows one point of contact for any maintenance required by the tenants and is a more streamlined service for the landlords.
