Lettings-R-Us have been looking after my parents’ UK home for 5 years, with my parents living in Cyprus, we really needed their professional expertise. Richard, Jacqui and Susan have always been approachable, responded quickly to any questions, and dealt with anything that arose in a fast and professional manner. They have always used local and reliable tradespeople to carry out any work needed. Our property is now up for sale after the sad loss of my parents, but I would highly recommend Lettings r us.

As first-time tenants, we were new to the process, and the team at Letting-R-Us were most helpful throughout. Richard managed to fit us in at short notice on a viewing and the whole matter was sorted within 48 hours, at a time when our house purchase had fallen through and we were pretty stressed. Szymon, in particular, was most helpful on a number of issues and always came back promptly whenever we had a query.

Nearly a year on since my last review, the service continues to be brilliant. Having worked with a number of letting agents, I have now moved all my properties across to Richard and his team. This is because the service is professional and thoroughly helpful, along with being quick to respond when issues arise to ensure my tenants and properties are looked after.

Few years ago, we rented with Lettings-R-Us and I must say we have never been better-taken care of than with Richard, Susan and team. Regular and pleasant inspections of property, always asked how we are, anything to report etc. Professional and also friendly approach on a high level.
